Our family highly recommends Jocelyn Schaedler of Realty One Group in Las Vegas. We faced difficult obstacles having to switch over to going through probate after what we thought was going to be a simple, ordinary sale. Jocelyn was outstanding in working with us and we were finally able to close on our property. It took over a year to navigate through the court process and Jocelyn patiently hung in with us through many ups and downs. Jocelyn recently helped us find our rental home. We were quite specific about the area we wanted, as well as our timeline in which we wanted to find the home. Jocelyn was very patient and understanding as we explained our preferences and everything we were hoping to find. Although we were just looking to rent, we were still wanting to find a place we loved. We knew that finding a rental home would be difficult, if not almost impossible, without a great realtor to help guide us. Jocelyn is so knowledgable and did all the planning and communicating for us. We thought this process would have taken us at least 1-2 months, but with her help, we had our keys within about 2 weeks. She showed us a great selection of homes to choose from and even took in some of our suggestions. We viewed a handful of homes that we were interested in and she was very prepared and patient. Jocelyn always got back to us with answers and information so quickly, it was amazing. She made us feel so comfortable and it was a pleasure to work with her. We were very surprised that she was willing to help us, and we are so grateful. When we are ready to buy, I will definitely be contacting her again.
